Shrimps Scotch Bonnet

This recipe is an excellent way to use Honey Mustard Hot Sauce.

It’s a very quick & easy dish to prepare and adds a light, but delicious flavour to the shrimp. The Honey Mustard hot sauce gives it a nice peppery “zing”.

1 lb of large uncooked shrimp
About a handful of chopped Scallions
4 cloves of garlic finely diced
Chopped handful of fresh parsley
3 tbs Wishbone Italian Salad Dressing
1 tbs  Honey Mustard Hot Sauce – to taste
4 tbs butter and a tbs olive oil

Clean and de-vein and dry some fairly large or jumbo uncooked shrimp.
Dice scallion, garlic, a good amount of parsley and lightly sauté with seasoning in hot saucepan. Then add peeled and washed shrimp to the pan and cook until shrimp are just pink, approximately 3 minutes.

Add generous amounts of Wishbone Italian Salad Dressing and  Honey Mustard Sauce to shrimp and seasoning.

Turn in pan for about another 3-5 minutes.

Serve with Jasmine rice, steamed vegetables and fried plantains. Enjoy !
