All orders will be shipped within 48 hours from the order received, on working days.
The delivery times varies from 24/48 hours to 5 weeks according to shipment method to the address indicated by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. For islands and remote locations for which the couriers requires an additional charge, prior to delivery, will let the client to know the extra charges to be paid, in order to receive confirmation. Each country customs has strict import rules, which are outside our knowledge and control, please be aware that there might be importing fees according to each country regulations.

What is the delivery process at home?

- Shipping on exchanges or returns , with receipt and in good condition, will be paid by customer.

If the product is not defective and you just don’t like it, which happens, we are happy to issue a store credit.
